Visits to Downtown Auburn can now be a little sweeter. Beignets and Brew recently opened its doors on North College Street, bringing a taste of New Orleans to The Plains.
About Beignets and Brew
For those unfamiliar, beignets are a classic New Orleans treat—a square piece of fried dough, light and fluffy, often dusted with powdered sugar. These tasty treats are best enjoyed hot and fresh, making them perfect for your morning pick-me-up or an afternoon treat!
Pair one of the varieties of beignets with freshly brewed coffee or a specialty drink, including lattes, mochas, espresso and more from Beignets and Brew.
More about the menu
Besides the signature order of four beignets, guests can opt for a dozen classic or specialty beignets. The specialty dozen includes up to four flavors, such as cinnamon sugar, Cinna-swirl or Nutella. Do you prefer smaller bites? Then, the bite-sized bite box selections will hit the spot.
Add to the sweetness with a dipping sauce. Choose from blueberry, butter cream or chocolate. But don’t worry, if you want something savory to offset the sweet, order the “Chicken & Beignets.”
And if you just came for coffee or specialty drinks, Beignets and Brew won’t disappoint. From standards to stand-outs like Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte and Iced Matcha Lavender Bliss, these sips will have you returning to try others. Check out the menu for more.
