The menu

The carefully curated Café de Fleur menu features a delectable selection of hors d’oeuvres, salads, entrees, and desserts. Start your meal with something new, like “Escargot” with Burgundy farm-raised snails, butter, garlic and toasted baguette. Or try the “Lamb Marocaine,” which features lamb, a harissa puree, mint crème, and pomegranate molasses.

Consider a salad like the “Landaise” with duck confit, bacon, toasted walnuts and a Dijon vinaigrette. Main dishes include “Steak Frites,” “Seared Salmon” and “Country Style Ratatouille.” Save room for something sweet like “Crème Au Caramel” or “Chocolate Mousse.”

Are you more of a brunch person? Enjoy a flakey, buttery fresh croissant with French hot chocolate, whipped cream and Grand Marnier butter. There are also “sarriette,” or savory, dishes, like “Bacon et Oeufs,” featuring thick-cut Benton’s bacon, scrambled or basted eggs, roasted potatoes and a toasted baguette.
