- What: Roll on Home to The Plains! Festive floats, AU cheerleaders, Tiger Paws, the marching band, Homecoming candidates, Aubie and more are ready to hear you roar for the Tigers. The parade will loop through downtown before ending at Samford Lawn at 6:30 for the pep rally.

In The Garden With Cyndi, Sept. 21
- What: Learn gardening tips and tricks, get your hands dirty and hear expert advice on techniques and best practices at Kreher Preserve & Nature Center. This month focuses on enhancing your garden with ferns for “fairy folk,” sunflowers to create a playhouse and a recycled art garden. Participants will make a dish garden. Tickets are $20 per person. Pre-registration is recommended.
