Food Trucks for United Way

Do you have a big appetite for helping others? Do good and eat well throughout August during the City of Auburn’s Food Trucks for United Way. Dig into community support through this grassroots initiative that leaves you feeling full!

About Food Trucks for United Way

The city invites the public to participate in Food Trucks for United Way through Thursday, Aug. 22. Various food trucks will be stationed at different city departments and facilities. Each participating food truck will generously donate 10% of the daily proceeds to the United Way of Lee County.

Did you know when you support your local United Way, you are giving back directly to your community? It’s true! The United Way funds six in-house programs and 17 local nonprofits, each focused on one of four main areas.

The four impact areas include families and community, education, health and crisis response. To help make this event a success, plan on getting lunch, a snack or an early dinner this week and next at a designated location around the city.
