First and foremost, what exactly is a rage room? According to the Opelika Rage Room’s website, “a rage room is a place where anger and stress find their ultimate release point.” The rage room is a reinforced room designed with destruction in mind.
Participants will suit up in safety gear before heading into the rage room. Safety gear includes face and eye protection, gloves and a body suit covering. Once inside, you can hurl vases across the room, take a bat to glassware and even destroy everyday household items with the tools provided.
Please note that you must also wear closed-toed shoes to participate.

When you choose the “Splatter Room,” you will get the fun of a regular rage room combined with art. This means you will get to splatter paint and take home a canvas in the end!
And yes, “Bring Your Own Breakables” lets you bring your own items to break. Just be sure your objects are not on the list of prohibited items.
Upgrades can be “Cosmic Rage,” which turns the room into a black light party with music synced to the party lights, extra breakables and smashable premium large items.
