Warm-colored wood tones
Adding character and versatility, warm-colored wood tones are quickly growing in popularity. Warm, rich tones work well in many different design styles, including those that embrace the calmness of neutral colors and those that are more eccentric with bold accent colors.
Herringbone flooring
Flooring patterns can completely change the look and mood of a room, and now more than ever, we are seeing an influx of homeowners who are drawn towards the herringbone design. Used to add depth and character, herringbone isn’t just limited to wood flooring. For both carpets, hardwood floors and even vinyl, herringbone is one of the most notable flooring trends for 2023.
An added bonus of having a herringbone floor is that, due to the pattern resembling arrows, it creates movement that can help open up a room.

With urban areas forever growing and expanding, we are seeing a rise in interest in concrete floors. Adding imperfections and a natural charm, concrete floors are known for their durability and industrial-chic charm. Plus, concrete can give an “unfinished,” yet polished look, which has grown significantly in popularity in modern homes.
