About Northbrook
Northbrook was first developed in the mid-1990s. Luckily, another phase of development picked up in the 2000s. Now, the community includes a wide variety of family homes. With more than 10 floor plans to choose from, there are options—and features—galore!
Neighborhood features
In general, homes in the Northbrook neighborhood range from three to six bedrooms with two to four-and-a-half baths. Square footage starts around 2,700 square feet and goes up to more than 3,600 square feet. Many homes are two-stories.
The open floor plans offer spacious living with several key features. For example, most homes feature hardwood flooring in the main living areas. Kitchens are open and include large central islands. Several feature granite countertops as well.
Some Northbrook homes also feature a private gameday patio with a fireplace, perfect for entertaining. Other models include a media room or a guest suite.
Most primary suites feature large walk-in closets and a spacious en suite bathroom with double vanities, a tiled shower and a separate garden tub. Another cool feature included in this neighborhood is smart home technology.
