About Bent Brooke
Bent Brooke is a lasting neighborhood featuring old-world charm and custom craftsman-built homes. Established in 2006, the homes here range from 2,500 to over 7,000 square feet.
Spacious layouts and community amenities welcome you home. Residents can enjoy generously sized lots, rich landscaping, and waterfront views provided by the subdivision’s beautiful lake.
This upscale neighborhood was developed by Dilworth Development. Dilworth Development was created in 1999 by Michael Dilworth, a graduate of Auburn University’s Building Science program. Michael had a dream to build the “finest homes in Auburn.” Hence, the creation of a Bent Brooke.
