Our area’s active adult community will soon have the chance to settle in a neighborhood specifically designed with their lifestyle in mind.
It will consist of quadplex villas, which are comparable to a twin home but with four residences instead of two. Each residence will have outdoor living areas and a two-car garage. As of now, square footage will be between 1,450 and 1,700 square feet.
