There’s a new kind of neighborhood in the making—rooted in classic Southern charm. At Quail Chase Auburn, residents will have “room to roam” on spacious estates nestled on private wooded lots.
About Quail Chase
Quail Chase Auburn is unique from the get-go. It starts with a partnership among Berkshire-Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate, Michael Allen Homes and Hooper Homes, LLC—and you!
For now, there are 19 grand estate lots available. However, about six of those lots are reserved. That means now is the perfect time to get in at the ground level and walk the remaining lots.
Each estate is three-plus acres, and the professional team of experts—from builders to designers—are on-hand to help guide, from lot selection to home design to construction to the finished product. Below we’re going to briefly walk you through the process.
Let’s meet!
The first step to getting settled in Quail Chase starts with a meeting. You can arrange your meeting at Berkshire-Hathaway’s offices or on-site—whichever you prefer!
At the meeting, you’ll be able to ask any questions as well as find out about the available lots, pricing and design plans.
Planning time!
Once the lot is chosen, it’s time to think about designing your new home. Again, Quail Chase Auburn gives you options. You can look at a variety of suggested floor plans for inspiration or use your imagination to create the custom home of your dreams.

Ready, set, build!
Finally, it’s time to build. You will meet with the entire team up front and well ahead of construction. Together, you’ll review the overall building process and projected timeline. Plus, designers will be on-hand to offer help on your selections and the finishing touches.
