To you, it’s just a place to hide away all your holiday decorations, seasonal clothes, and crafting supplies. But, to a possible buyer, your unused room could offer a whole lot of potential. And, if you leverage it correctly, you could turn their reaction from a pass to an offer. When considering unused rooms when staging your home, here are a few tips to keep in mind.

Don’t just leave them as is.

We understand—you may think that leaving a room as a storage space is just fine. After all, someone may do the same, right? Sure, they could. They might even be able to imagine themselves decorating your empty room too.
