More on The Well Opelika
As kids, we used to hold tea parties. Now, as adults, we can get our fix again at The Well Opelika. It sits in a building belonging to Alison Kovak. There, it provides a home for more than a dozen businesses owned by women, including the anchor company: The Tea Room. As time passes, the businesses will rotate space—and even earn the funding for their own storefronts.
What Can I Find at The Well?
You can renew your bodies and your bonds at The Well. When you and your ladies take a trip there, you can find a meditation room, a garden room, a gallery, a tea room, and other cool spots. They even have a pedicurist!
Ready to start shopping? Your choices are unlimited—honestly. Everything at The Well is on the market—so if you fall in love with something, you could take it home. Some of the food, drinks, and wares they sell include:
- Clothes to rent or buy;
- Adaptogenic lattes, which replace espresso with superfoods;
- Paninis;
- Charcuterie boxes;

The Importance of Supporting Local Businesses
When you buy from local businesses, your money goes right back into the local area. That means your purchase stimulates the regional economy. From buying gas, to groceries, to bringing even more business opportunities to the area, your dollars work harder when you shop small.
How The Well Will Help Local Businesses Flourish
The Well Opelika also empowers local businesses to spread their wings. Because they provide a spot for vendors, creators, and business women to sell their products, they can help them grow their capital.
Additionally, just by cultivating a spot to shop, The Well will give businesses the chance to find their following. That way, when they move out to unveil their own shops, they’ll already have loyal customers!
