Butcher Paper BBQ first brought the flavor to Opelika, with the help of a single smoker and creator Mark Coxwell. Now, its operators are making Auburn a more delicious place to live in 2021! If you’ve ever tried their junkyard dogs, BBQ mac, or biscuits and gravy, you know good food awaits.

If you don’t want to wait, you can also take a trip to Butcher Paper BBQ at 128 Columbus Parkway in Opelika, AL. They run from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
