In fact, it came from an interesting but unlikely source: an online car insurance company. Insurify, who conducted the research, determined that Auburn is the most educated city in the state.
What does this mean?
The title of “most educated” can mean a lot of different things. In this case, however, it’s determined by a person’s educational progress, as well as any achievements that he or she may have earned. It also factors in grade point average.
So, when Insurify determined that Auburn is the most educated city in the state, it used several different factors to make that distinction. Auburn earned its place not only because its citizens pursued higher education at significant rates, but also because they excelled in their fields. That’s a big deal!
