What is the 19th Annual Auburn CityFest?
The 19th Annual Auburn CityFest 2019 is a local tradition! It offers an array of free activities for attendees to enjoy. Held outdoors at the beautiful Kiesel Park in Auburn, this festival is geared towards people of all ages. It also features great guest entertainment such as:
- Sandboxes, sponsored by Home Depot, where your child can dig and explore;
- Free face painting;
- Adam Lowe, a comedian and juggler;
- Crafts;
- Aubie the Tiger;
- An educational exhibit from Auburn’s very own Kreher Preserve and Nature Center;
- Lew-e the clown, who can even create cool magical illusions;
- Pony rides from Jubilee Farm;
- And much more.
When you attend the 19th Annual Auburn CityFest 2019, you can also look forward to live music. The following musical acts will be performing during the festival:
- The Auburn Community Orchestra, which plans to play music related to flying—the theme of this year’s CityFest;
- Ben Hodge, an Alabama musician; and
- CLOUDLAND, a band known for its alternative rock stylings.
Food from vendors will also be available at the event.
Where and When
The 19th Annual Auburn CityFest 2019 will take place this Saturday, April 27 at Kiesel Park, located at 520 Chadwick Lane. Festivities will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
