Lee County Fair

When fall rolls around in Lee County, football isn’t all we have to look forward to.

There’s only one place where you can flip upside down, eat a funnel cake, ride the Ferris wheel and win a goldfish all in one night—the Lee County Fair!

Bring the family for fun and games or get in touch with your inner child starting Tuesday at the Lee County Fairgrounds on Lafayette Parkway near Opelika High School.

This annual tradition happens this year from Tuesday, Sept. 27 through Saturday, Oct. 1. Each night features different exciting events, including the Miss Lee County Fair Pageant, statewide livestock shows, an exhibit barn and live music.

Indulge in fair food, enjoy rides and win prizes each night for $3 admission for adults and $2 for children under $12. A $20 armband gives you access to ride all of the rides, which are otherwise priced individually.

The fair is a great way to get your family and friends out and about in Lee County this coming week! Annual traditions like these are another reason why the Auburn-Opelika area is such a great place to live.
